| The Utah Hospitals & Health Systems Association and HealthInsight coordinates the CheckPoint program. UHA is a non-profit hospital membership group that advocates for the ability of its members to provide high quality health care services to Utah communities.
UHA coordinated with the Wisconsin Hospital Association and with MetaStar. HealthInsight is a non-profit health care quality improvement organization (QIO) based in Salt Lake City, Utah. HealthInsight is assisting UHA by accessing and aggregating the medical services data from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
